Returns

You must return your order without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return, which amounts to 45 DKK. When returning the item, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation.

You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. If you wish to return your item, please contact us at info@tilliewear.com, and we will create a return label for you, which will be sent to you by email.

 

Note! Return packages must be sent directly to our address, as we cannot collect them from a parcel shop.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it, and you will be refunded the amount you paid for the item. The refund will always be transferred to the same payment card you used for the purchase.

Please Note:
You may lose all or part of your purchase amount if the value of the item has been diminished due to:

  • The item has been used.
  • It was damaged while you were responsible for it.
  • You handled the item in a way that is not appropriate for that type of product.

If we find that the item has been used, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Tilliewear cannot be held liable or compensate for packages lost during return shipping, so please remember to keep your proof of postage. We do not accept items sent COD or packages sent to a parcel shop.


Complaints

If you have received a defective item, please email us about it. This must be done no later than 7 days after receiving the item. We will need your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the defect.

All complaints must be submitted by email, not by phone.
