Returns
Here you can easily purchase a return label for returning items bought from Tilliewear:

The return shipping costs 55 DKK and can be paid by credit card. Once the payment is completed, a receipt page will be displayed, where you can download and print your return label. The return label will also be sent as a PDF attachment to the email address you provided. You can print the return label using a regular A4 printer.
Afterward, securely attach the label to the package, making sure not to cover any text or barcodes. Then you're ready to drop off the package with Bring at a post office, a parcel shop, or a parcel locker. You must return your order without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
You're also welcome to return your package directly to our office in Aarhus. If you'd like to do so, just send us an email at info@tilliewear.com, and we'll coordinate the details with you.
Note! Return packages must be sent directly to our address, as we cannot collect them from a parcel shop.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it, and you will be refunded the amount you paid for the item. The refund will always be transferred to the same payment card you used for the purchase.
Please Note:
You may lose all or part of your purchase amount if the value of the item has been diminished due to:
- The item has been used.
- It was damaged while you were responsible for it.
- You handled the item in a way that is not appropriate for that type of product.
If we find that the item has been used, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Tilliewear cannot be held liable or compensate for packages lost during return shipping, so please remember to keep your proof of postage. We do not accept items sent COD or packages sent to a parcel shop.
Complaints
If you have received a defective item, please email us about it. This must be done no later than 7 days after receiving the item. We will need your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the defect.
All complaints must be submitted by email, not by phone.
