Payment

Tilliewear accepts online payments via Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, Maestro, and ApplePay.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical product is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Reservation of Amount

When using debit or credit cards, the amount is reserved during the transaction. This reservation remains until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Once the order is shipped, the reserved amount is debited. The reservation period depends on the product/service.

Authorization on Debit Cards

For debit cards, the reserved amount will be visible on your account, reducing your available balance. If you or the webshop cancel the order, the funds cannot be debited, but the reservation will remain for a certain period. Only your bank or card issuer can lift the reservation.

Authorization on Credit Cards

Funds are debited and visible on your account only when the webshop processes and charges the payment for your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currency: Denmark - Kroner (DKK).

Tilliewear uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using SSL protocols, ensuring your data is safe and cannot be read by third parties.


Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to a 14-day full right of return for items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.

Any return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Notification of withdrawal must be sent to us within 14 days of delivery and the item must be received by us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us via email at Info@tilliewear.com. The message must clearly state your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Condition of Returned Items

You are liable for any reduction in the item's value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, properties, and functionality.

This means you may try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond this, it is considered used, and its value will be reduced. Consequently, you may only receive a partial refund or none at all. The item's condition is determined by Tilliewear.


Warranty

A two-year warranty applies to products under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering defects in materials, software, and manufacturing.

Complaints about defects must be communicated to Tilliewear within a reasonable time after receiving the product. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs for justified complaints.

The warranty is void in cases of incorrect or unusual use of the product.

Return shipping costs are covered by Tilliewear within reasonable limits.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not sell or share your personal data with others. It is only stored in our customer directory. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

To enter an agreement with Tilliewear, we require the following information:

  • Phone number
  • Email address

We register your personal data to deliver your order.

Your personal data is stored for up to five years and then deleted.

When collecting data through our website, we ensure that it is done with your explicit consent, and you are informed about what data is collected and why.

The Director and employees of Tilliewear have access to your data.

Your data is not stored or transmitted in encrypted form.

Complaints

Complaints about goods or services can be submitted to:

The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute. If unsuccessful, you may bring the case to the Consumer Complaints Board.

As a rule, the item or service you are complaining about must cost between DKK 1,110 and DKK 100,000. For clothing and shoes, the price must generally exceed DKK 720. These limits may change. A fee applies for complaints.
